Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cups almond flour
  • cup flaxseed meal
  • 4 large eggs
  • ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare an 8x4-inch loaf pan by lightly greasing it or lining it with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, flaxseed meal, baking powder, and salt.
  • In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, then stir in almond milk and olive oil until smooth.
  • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a soft dough forms.
  • Transfer the dough into the prepared loaf pan, smoothing out the top with a spatula.
  • Bake for 40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Let the bread cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
