  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • teaspoon kosher salt
  • teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 ½ ounces burrata cheese or fresh mozzarella
  • 1 teaspoon finely sliced fresh basil
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh chives
  • Pinch of Aleppo pepper
