Cuisine Italian
- 25 ounces marinara sauce
- 18–20 ounces fresh or frozen ravioli
- 8 ounces frozen chopped kale
- 8 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese (about 2 cups)
Preheat your oven to 400°F and grease a 3-quart (13x9-inch) baking dish to prevent sticking.
Spoon a thin layer of marinara sauce (about 3–4 tablespoons) evenly across the bottom of the dish.
Arrange half of the ravioli in a single layer on top of the sauce.
Sprinkle half of the frozen chopped kale evenly over the ravioli layer.
Add another layer of marinara sauce, followed by half of the shredded mozzarella cheese.
Repeat the layers: ravioli, kale, marinara sauce, and the remaining cheese.
Cover the dish tightly with foil and bake for 25–30 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake uncovered for an additional 15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and lightly browned at the edges.
Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, and serve hot. Enjoy!
