Ingredients

  • 25 ounces marinara sauce
  • 18–20 ounces fresh or frozen ravioli
  • 8 ounces frozen chopped kale
  • 8 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese (about 2 cups)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F and grease a 3-quart (13x9-inch) baking dish to prevent sticking.
  • Spoon a thin layer of marinara sauce (about 3–4 tablespoons) evenly across the bottom of the dish.
  • Arrange half of the ravioli in a single layer on top of the sauce.
  • Sprinkle half of the frozen chopped kale evenly over the ravioli layer.
  • Add another layer of marinara sauce, followed by half of the shredded mozzarella cheese.
  • Repeat the layers: ravioli, kale, marinara sauce, and the remaining cheese.
  • Cover the dish tightly with foil and bake for 25–30 minutes.
  • Remove the foil and bake uncovered for an additional 15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and lightly browned at the edges.
  • Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, and serve hot. Enjoy!
