Ingredients
  

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen cauliflower florets, or frozen riced cauliflower
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt, dairy-free if needed
  • 1 scoop (25 grams) vanilla protein powder optional
  • 1 teaspoon blue spirulina powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ¼ cup unsweetened plain or vanilla almond milk, plus more as needed (add 1 T at a time)
  • Toppings: kiwi, blueberries, coconut chips, granola, blackberries, nut butter

Instructions
 

  • In a high-powered blender, add almond milk followed by the rest of the ingredients.
  • Blend until smooth, using the tamper to move the frozen banana and cauliflower around to eliminate any chunks.
  • Add more almond milk, 1 tablespoon at a time, to reach your desired consistency.
  • Pour the smoothie into a bowl, add your favorite toppings, and enjoy immediately!
