- 1 (32-ounce) container Greek yogurt
- 12 ounces fresh blueberries
- 1 tablespoon honey
Combine the Greek yogurt, blueberries, and honey in a blender. Blend until the mixture is completely smooth and evenly combined.
Pour the yogurt mixture into ice pop molds, leaving a small gap at the top to allow for expansion during freezing. If you’re using small plastic cups, place wooden sticks in the center once the mixture is partially set (about 30 minutes into freezing).
Freeze for at least 4 hours, or until the pops are solid. To remove, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds and gently pull each pop free.
