Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • ½ teaspoon maple syrup
  • teaspoon cinnamon
  • Optional toppings: Tart cherries, blueberries, chopped nuts, granola, coconut flakes, extra maple syrup

Instructions
 

  • In a jar with a lid, combine almond milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, and cinnamon.
  • Tightly seal the jar and shake well to mix the ingredients evenly.
  • Refrigerate the jar for a few hours, then stir to break up any clumps and ensure the chia seeds are distributed.
  • Place the jar back in the fridge and chill overnight or for at least 8 hours until the mixture sets into pudding-like consistency.
  • Before serving, stir again if necessary. Add your favorite toppings like fresh fruit, nuts, or coconut flakes, and drizzle with more maple syrup if desired.
