1.5lbsboneless skinless chicken breastcut into 1-inch chunks

2Tablespoonslemon juice
1Tablespoonavocado oil or olive oil
1teaspoonsea salt
1teaspoonhoney or maple syrup
½teaspoongarlic powder
¼teaspoondried parsley
½teaspoonpaprika

¼teaspoonblack pepper
Instructions
Combine chicken, water, lemon juice, oil, salt, honey, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, black pepper, and parsley in a bowl or zip-top bag.
Mix thoroughly to coat the chicken evenly, cover, and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes (up to 6 hours).
