Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a round pizza pan or baking sheet with parchment paper for easy removal and cleanup.
In a large bowl, mix ground chicken, egg, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until fully combined.
Spread the chicken mixture into a thin, even circle (about 10–12 inches in diameter) on the prepared parchment. Smooth the edges with damp hands or a spatula to prevent cracking during baking.
Bake for 22–25 minutes, or until the crust is fully cooked and golden at the edges. Blot any excess moisture with a paper towel if necessary.
Increase oven temperature to 425°F. Spread pizza sauce over the baked crust, then sprinkle half of the shredded mozzarella cheese.
Add diced green bell pepper and jalapeños evenly, and top with the remaining mozzarella.
Return to the oven and bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the edges are delightfully crisp. For added crispness, broil during the last 2 minutes.
Let the pizza rest for 3–5 minutes before slicing to allow the crust to firm up.
Garnish with fresh basil leaves and crushed red pepper, if desired, and serve hot!
