Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1/3 cup chocolate or plain almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon baking cocoa
  • 1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter warmed
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • Miniature dairy-free semisweet chocolate chips optional

Instructions

  • In a small container or Mason jar, combine the oats, almond milk, cocoa, peanut butter, and maple syrup. Stir well until fully combined.
  • Seal the container with a lid and refrigerate overnight to allow the oats to absorb the liquid and soften.
  • The next morning, give the mixture a stir and, if desired, top with a drizzle of additional peanut butter and a few mini chocolate chips for added indulgence.

Notes

Swap your milk: Try coconut milk for tropical flair or oat milk for enhanced creaminess. Add texture: Stir in nuts like chopped walnuts or almonds for a satisfying crunch. Fruit toppings: Fresh banana slices or frozen berries pair beautifully with the chocolate and peanut butter flavor.
