Cuisine American
- 1 1/2 cups chopped strawberries
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
In a large bowl, combine the chopped strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until thoroughly mixed.
Drop about 2 tablespoons of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet to form clusters. You should end up with 10 clusters.
Freeze the clusters until solid, about 1–2 hours. It’s essential they’re completely frozen before the next step.
To melt the chocolate, combine the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 15- or 30-second increments, stirring in between, until melted and smooth.
Remove the frozen clusters from the freezer and carefully dip each into the melted chocolate, ensuring full coverage. Use a spoon if needed and sprinkle with sea salt, if desired.
Place the coated clusters back onto the parchment-lined sheet and freeze for a few additional minutes to harden the chocolate.
Enjoy immediately or store in the freezer for a quick, refreshing quick chocolate strawberry treat anytime!
