Ingredients

  • ½ cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 scoop vanilla plant-based protein powder
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds optional
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ cup raisins
  • 1-2 teaspoons maple syrup optional

Instructions

  • In a jar or bowl, combine the oats, protein powder, almond milk, chia seeds (if using), vanilla, cinnamon, and raisins.
  • Stir thoroughly until the protein powder is completely dissolved and the ingredients are evenly distributed.
  • Seal the container with a lid and place it in the refrigerator to set overnight (at least 8 hours).
  • Remove from the fridge the next morning and give it a good stir. If the mixture seems thick, add a splash of almond milk to loosen it up.
  • For extra flavor and texture, top with additional raisins and a drizzle of maple syrup, if desired. Enjoy cold!

Notes

Almond milk: You can use any type of milk, including soy, oat, or regular dairy milk, based on your dietary preferences. Maple syrup: To reduce sugar, replace maple syrup with a natural alternative like monk fruit or stevia, or opt for a drizzle of honey if you're not strictly vegan.
