Ingredients
  

  • ¾ cup milk of choice unsweetened almond milk suggested
  • 1 scoop cookies and cream or vanilla protein powder
  • 1 cup ice cubes plus more for desired thickness
  • 2 pieces chocolate sandwich cookies broken into chunks, plus more for topping

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, combine the almond milk, protein powder, and ice. Blend until smooth.
  • Add the chocolate sandwich cookies. Pulse just a few times to crush the cookies into small chunks without fully blending.
  • Taste the shake and add more milk or ice if needed to adjust the texture. Blend briefly if necessary.
  • Pour into a glass, sprinkle with extra cookie crumbles if desired, and enjoy immediately.

Notes

Do not over-blend the cookies: Pulse lightly for a textured, chunky shake. Go thicker: Add additional ice cubes for a frostier, milkshake-like consistency. Use a high-powered blender: For the smoothest texture, a powerful blender like Vitamix works best.
