- 2 bananas
- 1/3 cup peanut butter (or creamy almond butter)
- 2-3 heaping tablespoons honey (or maple syrup for vegan)
- 2-3 tablespoons coconut milk (more if needed for blending)
- 2-3 heaping tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- Dash of sea salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
Add all ingredients—bananas, peanut butter, honey, coconut milk, cocoa powder, sea salt, vanilla extract, and cinnamon (if using)—into a blender.
Blend on high until fully smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, add 1 tablespoon of coconut milk at a time until you reach your desired consistency.
Taste and adjust sweetness, adding more honey or maple syrup if desired.
Spoon the pudding into serving dishes and chill for 15-20 minutes for a firmer texture, or enjoy immediately for a softer, mousse-like consistency.
