1cupdiced English cucumber

2thin slicesred onion
1/2cupalfalfa sprouts
Instructions
Prepare the Cucumbers: In a medium bowl, stir together the diced cucumber and a pinch of salt. Let them sit for 10 minutes to draw out excess moisture.
