This easy strawberry lemonade combines freshly squeezed lemons, ripe strawberries, and natural sweetness for a refreshing, homemade drink. Perfectly balanced and wholesome, it’s the best strawberry lemonade drink.
1 ½cupsfresh squeezed lemon juice(7 to 8 large lemons)
1cupgranulated sugar
8ouncesfresh strawberriesstems removed
6cupswaterdivided

Instructions
Juice the lemons: Squeeze the fresh lemons, ensuring there are no seeds in the juice.
Blend the strawberries: Add the strawberries, sugar, and 2 cups of warm water to a blender. Blend until the mixture is smooth and no chunks remain.
Strain the strawberry mixture: Pour the blended mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher, using a spatula to press the liquid through. Discard the seeds and pulp.
Add lemon juice and water: Stir in the freshly squeezed lemon juice and 4 cups of cold water. Adjust water quantity if you plan to serve over ice at a party (use 3 cups cold water instead).
Serve: Add ice to the pitcher and pour into glasses. Garnish with fresh mint sprigs and whole strawberries, if desired.
