  • 1 lb Ground Chicken (92/8)
  • 1/2 Tbsp Chili Oil (8g)
  • 1/2 C Swerve Brown Sugar (96g)
  • 1/4 C Buffalo Sauce (60g)
  • 2 Tbsp Cider or Rice Vinegar (30g)
  • 1 tsp Ground Ginger
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder

  • 1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes

Instructions

  • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with the chili oil until shimmering.
  • Add the ground chicken and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, allowing it to brown. Break it up into crumbles as it cooks fully.

  • Pour the sauce over the cooked chicken in the skillet. Stir well to coat and cook for 2-3 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken and become glossy.
