This fruit salad with honey dressing is a vibrant and easy fruit salad recipe combining the best fruit salad with citrus dressing flavors. A healthy fruit salad with walnuts, it's quick and perfect for any occasion!
1/2teaspoonrosewater or orange blossom water (optional)
2cupsthinly sliced fresh strawberries
1cupfresh cherries, pitted and halved
1cupblackberries
1/2cupraspberries
1/4cuppomegranate seeds (optional)
1/3cuproughly chopped walnuts, raw or toasted
2tablespoonsroughly chopped fresh mint leaves
Instructions
In a small saucepan over medium heat, whisk together lime juice and honey until the honey fully dissolves and the mixture warms, about 2 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in rosewater, if desired. Let cool slightly.
In a large bowl, gently mix strawberries, cherries, blackberries, raspberries, and pomegranate seeds (if using).
Pour the cooled honey-lime dressing over the fruit and toss lightly to coat evenly.
Sprinkle in the walnuts and mint. Toss gently one more time and serve immediately or chill before serving.
Notes
For a vegan version, replace honey with agave nectar or maple syrup. Adjust the honey-to-lime ratio to taste for sweeter or more tart dressing.
