Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup granola

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, combine the sliced strawberries and granulated sugar. Stir well and let the mixture sit for at least 30 minutes (or refrigerate overnight) to allow the strawberries to release their natural juices.
  • To assemble, divide half the macerated strawberries into two clear glasses or jars as the bottom layer.
  • Next, spoon half the Greek yogurt over the strawberries, gently spreading it out for an even layer.
  • Add half the blueberries over the yogurt as the third layer.
  • Sprinkle all of the granola evenly between the two glasses as the crunchy middle layer.
  • Repeat the layers with the remaining strawberries, yogurt, and blueberries.
  • Serve immediately for the best texture. Enjoy!

Notes

Store components separately if making ahead to avoid soggy granola. Customize with seasonal fruits or your dietary preferences.
