Greek Yogurt Popsicles

These Greek yogurt popsicles are a healthy and refreshing frozen treat made with creamy Greek yogurt, fresh berries, and honey. Perfect for summer days, they are customizable and naturally gluten-free!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup honey (omit if using sweetened yogurt)
  • 3 cups fresh fruit (mixed berries recommended)

Instructions
 

  • Add the Greek yogurt, honey, and fruit to a high-powered blender. Blend until fully combined, leaving the fruit slightly chunky if you'd like texture in your popsicles.
  • Pour the mixture into 8 ice pop molds and insert popsicle sticks.
  • Freeze for 5–6 hours, or until completely solid.
  • To release the popsicles, dip the molds into warm water for a few seconds, then gently pull each popsicle out.
  • Serve and enjoy the perfect balance of creamy and fruity flavors!

Notes

For a vegan option, substitute Greek yogurt with a non-dairy yogurt alternative and replace honey with maple syrup or agave nectar.
