Add the Greek yogurt, honey, and fruit to a high-powered blender. Blend until fully combined, leaving the fruit slightly chunky if you'd like texture in your popsicles.
Pour the mixture into 8 ice pop molds and insert popsicle sticks.
Freeze for 5–6 hours, or until completely solid.
To release the popsicles, dip the molds into warm water for a few seconds, then gently pull each popsicle out.
