Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Romaine lettuce
  • Tomatoes
  • Pickles
  • Red onion
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon pickle juice
  • 1 tablespoon dill relish
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the ground beef and break it apart with a wooden spoon.
  • Season the beef with onion powder, garlic powder, dried oregano, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook until the beef is browned and fully cooked, about 8-10 minutes. Drain any excess fat if necessary.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together mayo, ketchup, yellow mustard, pickle juice, dill relish, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika to prepare the special sauce. Adjust seasonings to taste and set aside.
  • Assemble your bowls: Start with a generous layer of romaine lettuce as the base, then add slices of tomatoes, pickles, and red onion.
  • Top each bowl with the seasoned ground beef, then drizzle the special sauce over everything.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy your homemade burger bowl!
