8ounceswhole-wheat or brown rice rotini or fusilli
1/4cuplemon juice
1/4cupextra-virgin olive oil
2tablespoonsred-wine vinegar
1teaspoonfinely chopped garlic
1teaspoonhoney
3/4teaspoonsalt
1/2teaspoonground pepper
1 1/4cupscherry tomatoes, halved
4ouncesmozzarella pearls
3tablespoonsthinly sliced fresh basilplus small leaves for garnish
Instructions
Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cool water to stop the cooking process and prevent sticking.
