- ½ frozen banana, chopped into chunks
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1 scoop (25 grams) vanilla protein powder (optional)
- 2–4 Tablespoons unsweetened non-dairy milk (almond milk preferred)
- 1 teaspoon almond butter or peanut butter
- ¼ fresh banana, sliced
- ¼ cup fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, or your favorites)
- 1 Tablespoon granola
- 1 teaspoon almond butter or peanut butter (for topping)
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
Add the frozen banana, mixed berries, protein powder (if using), almond butter, and 2 Tablespoons of non-dairy milk to a high-powered blender.

Top with sliced banana, fresh berries, granola, almond butter, and chia seeds. Feel free to get creative with additional toppings!
