1can (15 ounces)no-salt-added cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
1cupgrape tomatoes, halved

1/3cupchopped roasted sweet red peppers
1/3cuppitted Nicoise or other olives

2cans (5 ounces each)albacore white tuna in water, drained
Instructions
In a large salad bowl, combine arugula, cannellini beans, grape tomatoes, red onion, roasted sweet red peppers, olives, and fresh basil. Gently toss to mix.
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, grated lemon zest, lemon juice, minced garlic, and salt to create the dressing.
