- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk, plain or vanilla (more if needed)
- ¼ cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt (use coconut yogurt to keep it vegan)
- ½ cup old-fashioned rolled oats, gluten-free certified
- 1 scoop vanilla or unflavored protein powder (whey or pea-based)
- ½ tablespoon chia seeds
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ overripe banana mashed
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Sliced banana for topping
- Optional toppings: diced apple, pumpkin puree, pecans, peanut butter, shredded coconut, diced peach, fresh strawberries, etc.
Set out a mason jar or small container with a secure lid.
