Ingredients

  • 1 cup Almond Flour
  • 3 tablespoons Water
  • 1 teaspoon Bagel Seasoning

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Combine almond flour, bagel seasoning, and water in a mixing bowl. Use a spatula to mix, then knead the dough with your hands until it forms a ball. If the dough feels too dry, add water one teaspoon at a time until it comes together.
  • Place the dough ball between two sheets of lightly oiled parchment paper. Roll it out evenly to your desired thickness. Thinner crackers will bake faster and turn crispier.
  • Remove the top sheet of parchment, and use a pizza cutter to score the dough into squares. Don’t separate the squares at this stage.
  • Transfer the parchment with the dough onto your baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven, separate the crackers slightly, and return to the oven for another 5–7 minutes. Watch carefully to avoid overbaking.
  • Cool crackers on the baking sheet for 10 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely before serving.
