- 1 cup Almond Flour
- 3 tablespoons Water
- 1 teaspoon Bagel Seasoning
Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Combine almond flour, bagel seasoning, and water in a mixing bowl. Use a spatula to mix, then knead the dough with your hands until it forms a ball. If the dough feels too dry, add water one teaspoon at a time until it comes together.
Place the dough ball between two sheets of lightly oiled parchment paper. Roll it out evenly to your desired thickness. Thinner crackers will bake faster and turn crispier.
Remove the top sheet of parchment, and use a pizza cutter to score the dough into squares. Don’t separate the squares at this stage.
Transfer the parchment with the dough onto your baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
Remove from the oven, separate the crackers slightly, and return to the oven for another 5–7 minutes. Watch carefully to avoid overbaking.
Cool crackers on the baking sheet for 10 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely before serving.
