This Honey garlic chicken dinner combines juicy chicken, a sticky-sweet sauce, and tender veggies in just 30 minutes. Perfect for a healthy, flavorful, and family-friendly weeknight meal!
Preheat your oven to 450°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with oil.
In a large mixing bowl, combine chicken cubes, garlic powder, black pepper, and chile flakes. Add the flour and toss until the chicken is well coated.
Drizzle with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and toss again to evenly coat. Spread the chicken out on one side of the baking sheet.
Place broccoli or asparagus on the other side of the sheet. Toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Bake for 10-15 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and veggies are tender-crisp.
While the chicken is baking, prepare the sauce: In a small bowl or jar, whisk together tamari, lemon juice, honey, grated garlic, gochujang, green onion, and sesame oil.
Remove the veggies from the sheet pan once done, and pour the honey garlic sauce over the chicken. Toss to coat well, then return the chicken to the oven for 5 more minutes.
Garnish with sesame seeds and additional green onions. Serve over rice, cauliflower rice, or enjoy on its own!
