Ingredients
  

  • lb chicken breast sliced into 4 thinner pieces
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • tbsp hot honey (we used Mike’s Hot Honey)
  • ¼ cup shelled pistachios

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the spice blend: Mix the kosher salt, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and chili powder in a small bowl.
  • Season the chicken: Sprinkle the spice blend over both sides of the chicken breasts, rubbing it in to coat evenly.
  • Heat the grill: Preheat a grill pan or outdoor grill to medium-high heat to ensure even cooking.
  • Cook the chicken: Grill the chicken for 6-8 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Look for a beautiful sear with grill marks.
  • Finish with toppings: Transfer the chicken to a serving platter, drizzle with hot honey, and sprinkle chopped pistachios on top for that final crunch.
