Equipment

  • Large bowl
  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment paper
  • Oven

Ingredients

  • 450 g ground chicken
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 20 pepperoni slices

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, eggs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix until fully incorporated.
  • Transfer the chicken mixture onto the parchment-lined baking sheet. Shape it into a thin, even circle or rectangle—aim for around ½-inch thickness for optimal crispiness.
  • Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until it turns golden and feels firm to the touch.
  • Remove the crust from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes to set. During this time, increase the oven temperature to 425°F (220°C).
  • Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the crust, followed by a layer of mozzarella cheese and your pepperoni slices (or other toppings of choice).
  • Return the pizza to the oven and bake for 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Allow the pizza to cool slightly before slicing and serving. Enjoy!

Notes

For variations, try swapping ground chicken with turkey or using dairy-free cheese for a lactose-free option.
