Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries, chopped
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 package dessert shells
  • 1/2 cup fat-free Cool Whip

Instructions

  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine the strawberries, blackberries, and raspberries. Sprinkle sugar and drizzle balsamic vinegar over the fruit.
  • Gently toss the berries until they’re evenly coated. Let the mixture sit for at least 30 minutes (or overnight in the fridge) to macerate. The berries will release delicious, flavorful juices.
  • Before serving, spoon a generous tablespoon of fat-free Cool Whip into each dessert shell.
  • Top with the macerated berries, being sure to drizzle some of the juices over the top for extra flavor. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Macerate the berries the night before to save time and enhance flavor. Assemble the dessert shells just before serving to keep them crisp.
