  • Avocado oil spray

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  • Stack all the tortillas together and use a sharp knife or pizza cutter to slice them into even wedges (about 6-8 pieces per tortilla).
  • Lay the tortilla wedges in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Avoid overlapping to ensure even crisping.
  • Lightly spray the wedges with avocado oil, ensuring even coverage, and sprinkle generously with sea salt.
  • Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 7 minutes. Keep an eye on them to prevent burning.
  • Flip the chips, spray lightly with more avocado oil, sprinkle with salt again, and bake for an additional 6 minutes or until the edges turn golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven, let them cool slightly, and season with extra salt if desired. Enjoy immediately!
