3cupsold-fashioned rolled oats (use verified gluten-free, if needed)
3/4cupnatural peanut butter *
1/3cuphoney or maple syrup
1/2cupmini chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine oats, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, and eggs. *If your peanut butter is thick, heat it for 10-15 seconds to make it drizzly.
Line a 9×9-inch baking dish with parchment paper for easy removal.
Transfer the mixture to the dish, and press firmly into an even layer. Pressing well is key to binding!
