Ingredients

  • 2 (6 oz) cans salmon drained (we used Wild Planet)
  • 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 stalk celery diced (about 1/4 cup)
  • 1/4 cup red onion diced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine the drained salmon, Greek yogurt, diced celery, diced red onion, fresh dill, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, ground pepper, and sea salt.
  • Use a fork to mix everything together, breaking up the larger pieces of salmon until well combined. You should achieve a creamy, chunky consistency.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning as needed, adding more lemon juice, pepper, or dill to your preference.
  • Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes if you prefer a colder salad. This is great served with crackers, on a whole-grain sandwich, in a wrap, or over a leafy green salad for a lighter meal.
