Ingredients
  

  • ¾ – 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, or milk of choice
  • 1 scoop salted caramel protein powder (we used Equip)
  • 1 medjool date optional
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch sea salt
  • ½–1 cup ice, as needed

Instructions
 

  • Combine the almond milk, salted caramel protein powder, almond butter, vanilla, sea salt, ice, and the date (if using) in a high-powered blender.
  • Blend on high until the shake is thick, creamy, and fully combined. Adjust with a bit more liquid or ice to reach your ideal consistency.
  • Pour into a glass, garnish if desired, and enjoy immediately.
