- ¾ – 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, or milk of choice
- 1 scoop salted caramel protein powder (we used Equip)
- 1 medjool date optional
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch sea salt
- ½–1 cup ice, as needed
Combine the almond milk, salted caramel protein powder, almond butter, vanilla, sea salt, ice, and the date (if using) in a high-powered blender.
Blend on high until the shake is thick, creamy, and fully combined. Adjust with a bit more liquid or ice to reach your ideal consistency.
Pour into a glass, garnish if desired, and enjoy immediately.
