- 3 lbs fresh peaches about 6 cups, sliced with skins on
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp cane sugar
- 1 lemon juiced
Wash the peaches, then pit and slice them into thin wedges. Leave the skins on for added nutrients and texture.
In a mixing bowl, toss peach slices with cornstarch, cane sugar, and lemon juice until evenly coated.
Spray the interior of your crockpot with non-stick cooking spray to prevent sticking.
