Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 scoop snickerdoodle or vanilla protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1–2 teaspoons maple syrup
  • Pinch sea salt

Instructions

  • In a jar or airtight container, combine the oats, almond milk, chia seeds, protein powder, cinnamon, vanilla, maple syrup, and sea salt.
  • Stir the mixture thoroughly, ensuring the protein powder is fully dissolved without clumps.
  • Seal the container and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to let the oats soften and thicken.
  • Before serving, give the oats a good stir. Add an extra splash of milk if the texture is too thick.
