whole-milk plain Greek yogurt

pure maple syrup or honey

vanilla extract

mini chocolate chips
Instructions
Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
In a medium bowl, stir together Greek yogurt, maple syrup (or honey), and vanilla extract until well combined.
Spread the yogurt mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet, forming a 10-by-15-inch rectangle.
Layer the sliced strawberries over the yogurt and sprinkle with mini chocolate chips.
Place the tray in the freezer and freeze until very firm, at least 3 hours.
Once frozen solid, use a sharp knife or your hands to break the bark into 32 pieces. Serve immediately or store in the freezer for later.
Notes
Feel free to swap fruits or customize with vegan or keto alternatives. Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to two weeks.
