Ingredients

  • 120 ml tahini* We always use runny Lebanese tahini for its smooth texture and authentic flavor.
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 55 g oat flour
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder High in antioxidants.
  • Pinch salt
  • Sesame seeds for coating

Instructions

  • Optional: Toast the sesame seeds in a dry pan over medium heat for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly. This step enhances the nuttiness of the seeds. Let them cool before using.
  • In a medium bowl, mix tahini and maple syrup until smooth.
  • Add oat flour, cocoa powder, and a pinch of salt to the mixture. Stir until a dough forms. The consistency should be slightly sticky but firm enough to shape.
  • Roll the dough into 10-12 evenly sized balls (about 1 inch each).
  • Gently roll each ball in the toasted sesame seeds to coat. Enjoy immediately or refrigerate for a firmer texture.
