Ingredients
  

  • 4 whole grain or regular English muffins, split in half
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Olive oil spray, optional for extra crisp
  • Optional toppings: mini pepperoni, diced bell peppers, mushrooms, olives, pineapple, cooked sausage

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil for easy cleanup.
  • Split the English muffins in half and place them cut-side up on the baking sheet. Lightly spray with olive oil for crispier edges, if desired.
  • Spread 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce evenly on each muffin half.
