- Olive oil or coconut oil spray
- 1 ripe peach, pitted, peeled, and diced
- ½ teaspoon brown sugar or monk fruit sweetener
- Pinch ground cinnamon
- 1 cup high-protein vanilla yogurt (we love Oikos Pro)
- 2 tablespoons gluten-free granola
Heat a small skillet over medium-low heat and spray lightly with oil.
Add the diced peaches, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Stir to combine.
Cover and cook for 3–4 minutes, stirring halfway, until the peaches soften.
Remove the skillet from heat and keep it covered for 2–3 minutes to allow the juices to release.
Uncover the skillet and let the peaches cool for another 2–3 minutes.
Spoon the yogurt into a shallow bowl and spread it slightly with the back of a spoon.
Top the yogurt with the warm peaches and their juices, then finish with the granola.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
