Add the Broth: Stir in garlic, rosemary, thyme (bundled), cannellini beans, pepper, and water. Bring to a simmer, cover, and cook for 20 minutes.
Combine and Simmer: Remove the thyme bundle and stir in the cashew mixture, cooked wild rice, kale, and 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Simmer over low heat until the kale is wilted, about 5 minutes.
Serve: Adjust seasoning with more lemon juice, salt, or pepper as needed. Garnish with parsley and red pepper flakes, if desired.
