Ingredients
  

  • 7 frozen dumplings
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • ½ cup grated carrot
  • ½ cup sliced cucumber
  • ¼ cup sliced spring onion
  • ¼ cup chopped coriander
  • 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp chili oil

Instructions
 

  • Steam or boil the dumplings according to package directions until fully cooked. Look for a slight translucent appearance if using thin wrappers.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, grated carrot, sliced cucumber, spring onion, and chopped coriander.
  • Whisk together the white wine vinegar, soy sauce, and chili oil, then toss with the vegetable mix until evenly coated.
  • Plate the slaw mixture onto a serving dish and arrange the cooked dumplings on top. Serve immediately and enjoy!
